Functional Neurosurgery Research Center (FNRC) was proposed and approved by the University Research Council on October 4, 2007, and was established in 2008 at the Shohadaye Tajrish Educational Hospital with the approval of the Development Council of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education.

As a publisher activates, include publication of e-journals at the academic level in collaboration with medical associations worldwide. We act as an open access publisher. We publish peer-reviewed, online and print-plus-online journals in medicine on behalf of societies and associations. We .providing immediate free access to online journals.
